
RVing in the snow? Nobody wants to cook over a fire in the middle of a blizzard, let alone even try to get a fire going! Here is another easy crockpot meal that will help warm you up on a cold winter’s day!
Beef Stroganoff with Egg Noodles
Yield: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 package stew meat, cut into smaller pieces (in half will be fine)
- 1 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 cups (1 package) sliced creminis
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1.5tsp jarred garlic)
- 3tbl Worcestershire
- 2tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1c sour cream
- 1 bag egg noodles
Equipment:
- Crockpot
Add the meat, broth, mushrooms, garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce to the crockpot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Quickly mix in the sour cream, stirring constantly to avoid it breaking.
Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Serve stroganoff over noodles.
