They say eating pork on the new year is good luck, so why not give a try with this succulent crockpot pork and sauerkraut?
Pork Shoulder, Bone In
1 Head Garlic
1 Bag Sauerkraut
Cut slits all around the pork roast. Peel the garlic cloves and stuff into the slits. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
Empty the bag of sauerkraut into the crock pot and pour the beer in. Place the pork on top of the kraut and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Enjoy with mashed potatoes and gravy!
